对环境保护要求的日趋严格,使天然气正逐步取代以煤为主的固体燃料。燃烧前对天然气预热,有利于提高锅炉热效率。传统的预热方式以蒸汽为热媒,但输送蒸汽的管道投资和维护费用高,管壳式蒸汽预热器易受腐蚀和振动而损坏;相比较而言,电加热具有独特的优势,其热能利用率高,对管壁温度监控和套管式结构,保证了电热元件寿命长、易更换。控制器采用基于PLC+触摸屏的控制系统,接线箱和控制柜都采用防爆设计,适于安放在各种场合。
The demand for environmental protection is becoming stricter, and natural gas is gradually replacing coal-based solid fuels. Preheating the natural gas before combustion is beneficial to improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The traditional preheating method uses steam as the heat medium, but the pipeline for transporting steam has high investment and maintenance costs, and the tubular steam preheater is easily damaged by corrosion and vibration;in comparison, electric heating has a unique advantage. High thermal energy utilization, temperature monitoring of the pipe wall and casing structure ensure long life and easy replacement of the electric heating element. The controller adopts the control system based on PLC+ touch screen. The junction box and control cabinet are all designed with explosion-proof design, which is suitable for various occasions.
