摘要
针对石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺系统,烟气经脱硫塔等焓冷却处理后,含湿量高,温度较低,直接排放至大气会出现的"湿烟羽"现象。通过温湿图分析湿烟羽形成机理和消散过程,利用重力热管式GGH(GasGas Heater)的高导热性,直接回收烟气余热对脱硫后的低温净烟气升温再热处理,从而降低烟气的相对湿度,达到了烟气消白目的,以消除湿烟羽现象的发生。
For the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process system, after the flue gas is cooled by enthalpy such as desulfurization tower, the humidity content is high, the temperature is low, and the 'wet plume' phenomenon will appear when it is directly discharged into the atmosphere. The formation mechanism and dissipation process of wet plume were analyzed by temperature-humidity diagram. By utilizing the high thermal conductivity of the gravity heat pipe GGH(GasGas Heater), the waste heat of flue gas can be directly recovered to heat and reheat the low temperature clean flue gas after desulfurization. It can reduce the relative humidity of flue gas and achieve the purpose of whitening flue gas, so as to eliminate the occurrence of wet plume.
