用于常规抽油机的超级电容器储能装置设计与应用 被引量:3

Design and application of super capacitor energy storage device for conventional pumping units

摘要 常规游梁式抽油机是我国目前主要的机械采油设备,数量巨大的同时也意味着庞大的电量消耗,目前,国内各大油田正积极响应国家节能减排的号召。为研究抽油机节能方法,提出了一种基于超级电容器的抽油机储能方式,在抽油机能量回馈原理的基础上,设计了储能系统整体结构、硬件及电路方案以及适合于抽油机工况的控制策略。通过现场实验证明,超级电容储能系统节电效率为9.09%,对于数量巨大的抽油机来说,具有一定的节能降耗、节约油井生产成本的意义。 Conventional pumping unit is the main mechanical oil extraction equipment in our country at present.The huge quantity also means huge power consumption.At present,major domestic oil fields are actively responding to the call of the state for energy conservation and emission reduction.In order to study the energy-saving method of pumping unit,An energy storage method of pumping unit based on super capacitor is proposed.Based on the energy feedback principle of pumping unit,we have designed the overall structure,hardware and circuit scheme of the energy storage system as well as the control strategy suitable for the pumping unit.It proved by field experiments that the super capacitor energy storage system has a power saving efficiency of 9.09%,which is significant for a large number of pumping units to save energy,reduce consumption and save production costs of oil wells.
