摘要
通过在燃气锅炉尾部安装热交换器回收烟气余热来预热空气,以有效减少烟气带走的余热,提高天然气导热油锅炉的热效率。结果表明:(1)与传统天燃气导热油锅炉对比,新型燃气锅炉的排烟温度由350℃降低到150℃,提高锅炉热效率10%以上;(2)对1台2 t/h天然气锅炉进行节能改造年节约运行费用30万元,投资回收期仅8个月,经济效益显著。
The air is preheated by installing a heat exchanger at the rear of the gas boiler to recover the residual heat of the flue gas,so as to effectively reduce the waste heat taken away by the flue gas and improve the thermal efficiency of the natural gas heat transfer oil boiler.The results show that:(1)compared with the traditional natural gas heat transfer oil boiler,the exhaust gas temperature of the new gas boiler is reduced from 350℃to 150℃,and the boiler thermal efficiency is increased by more than 10%;(2)for a 2 t/h natural gas boiler the energy-saving renovation year saves operating costs by 300,000 yuan,and the investment recovery period is only 8 months,and the economic benefits are remarkable.
