关于中美贸易摩擦的若干思考

Reflections on Sino-US Trade Friction

中美贸易摩擦具有必然性、结构性和长期性的特点,究其原因,是经济发展和资本演进的内在逻辑、美元霸权带来的副产品以及美国作为最大的发达国家和中国作为最大的发展中国家的定位在短期内不会改变。在这个大背景下,首先做好自己的事情,扩大内需、扩大开放、深化改革、加强创新、加强监管,是中国有效应对中美贸易摩擦的基本方略。中美贸易摩擦带来的启示是:资本主义本性没有改变,但是已经具有了新的变化和新的特点;和平与发展的时代主题没有改变,但是世界上新的矛盾和新的冲突在不断增加;中国和平发展的机遇期没有改变,但是今后的挑战和困难会越来越多。

Sino-US trade friction is a long-term one, inevitable and structural. In its essence, it is inherent in economic development and capital evolution;it is also a by-product of US dollar hegemony;it results from the fact that the position of USA as the largest developed country and that of China as the largest developing country will remain in the short term. In this context, our effective basic strategies to deal with Sino-US trade friction should be to get our own jobs done, to increase domestic demand, to expand the openness, to deepen our reforms, to strengthen innovation as well as supervision. The Sino-US trade friction has enlightened us: the nature of capitalism has not changed, but it has already taken on new forms and new features;the theme of the times—peace and development—has not changed, but new contradictions and new conflicts in the world are increasing. The period of opportunity for China’s peaceful development has not changed, but there will be more and more challenges and difficulties in the future.
