摘要
沉樱、张爱玲作为现代文学史上成功的婚恋小说家,坚持书写形形色色的婚姻现象。新文化运动后,婚恋自由的口号响彻天际,沉樱、张爱玲并非单纯地由口号点染生发作品。她们立足实际,以自身经历为观照重现婚姻中夫、妻、子女三者的紧张关系。在革命沸腾的时期,她们的书写被斥为题材狭窄、格调不高。如今时过境迁,重提沉樱、张爱玲的作品,有助于人们正视"五四"时期婚姻问题的复杂性。
As successful romantic novelists in the modern history of Chinese literature, CHEN Ying and Eileen ZHANG insisted on depicting different marriage phenomenon in their works. After the New Culture Movement, the slogan of marriage freedom resounded through the sky; in contrast, CHEN Ying and Eileen ZHANG were not simply inspired by the slogan of marriage freedom in their writing. Based on their own lives in the reality of the current society, they reproduced the tension between husband, wife and their children in their marriage. In the period of the on-going revolution, their novels were rejected as being narrow in subject and being deficient in taste. Under the circumstances that have changed with the passage of time,the repeated reference to the CHEN Ying's and Eileen ZHANG's novels will help people to confront squarely the complexity of the marital problems over the period of the May 4th Movement from 1917-1927.
