Promoting social organizations to participate in social governance

新常态下推动社会组织参与社会治理是进一步落实并深化改革战略部署、实现社会治理现代化的新要求、促进我国由传统型社会向现代性社会转型的必不可缺的条件。然而,囿于新常态下社会组织合法地位不明确、缺少自主权;社会组织法律法规不健全;资金不足、人才缺乏和社会组织提供的公共服务满意度低、公信力不足等因素,目前社会组织参与社会治理仍然受到一定的限制。

Promoting social organizations to participate in social governance under the "new normal "is the essential conditions of further implement and deepen the reform strategy, the demand of the modernization of social governance and promote the transformation from traditional society to modern society.However, social organizations are limited to participate in social governance due to many factors at present,such as , the legal status of social organization is not clear, lacking of autonomy, the legal laws and regulations of social organization is not sound, lacking of funds, lacking of talents, the satisfaction of public service that social organization provided is low, lacking of credibility and so on.
