527名学龄前儿童龋病相关因素分析

Analysis of the influencing factors of preschool children with dental caries

目的 探讨学龄前儿童龋病发生的相关因素。方法 应用非条件 L ogistic回归分析方法对本市 5 2 7名学龄前儿童患龋病的情况与其相关因素进行分析。结果 儿童龋病的发生与儿童的年龄、儿童每月伙食费、饮料喜欢程度、晚上有无吃甜食的习惯、睡前有无刷牙等 5个因素有关。

Objective To explore the relative factors of dental caries of preschool children.Methods The relationship of children dental caries and the relative factors was analyzed with unconditional logistic regression.Results The five relative factors,Childrens age,expense of childrens food every month,liking for beverage,a custom of eating sweets at night,and not brushing teeth before sleeping,are related to preschool children dental caries.Conclusion To control the risk factors is helpful for us to prevent the preschool children dental caries.
