从南越国宫苑遗迹的发现谈起,简述岭南庭园概况,就石景筑山、粤中'池馆'庭园、花木栽植等方面展开详细论述;回顾粤中庭园艺术风格与国外交流史实,介绍20世纪50年代以来在建筑创作中对新建筑与庭园相结合所进行的探索。

The garden art is an important component of the traditional Chinese culture.Among it,Lingnan gardening stands a significant position because of its vivid indigenous color.This paper discussed the development of Lingnan gardening in the past and at present.In-depth analyses in expert's perspective will be given pertaining to the kinds of building techniques and artistic styles.Finally,it examines the culture exchange of Lingnan gardening with the foreign cultures,as well as the cultural meaning of its integration with the modem architecture.
