摘要
南京内秦淮两岸河房于明清繁盛一时,有鲜明的地域特点与时代特色,是南京历史文化的物质载体之一,其修缮保护、利用更新,成为古迹保护、秦淮河沿岸景观设计及城市更新的关键课题。本文解读《留都见闻录》、《板桥杂记》、《儒林外史》等相关文本,考证明末内秦淮两岸河房之分布概况、布局特点、社会功用、权属交易等等,在略窥其历史面貌的同时,从城市与社会的大背景下理解这一特殊建筑类型所承载的人文与历史,并思考其当下的保护与更新。
As one of the key embodiments of Nanjing local history and culture featured in recreation and amenities, the marinapavilions of Inner Qinhuai River prosper so long from Ming to Qing Dynasties that a due restoration and renovation poses itself as a key issue in relics protection as well as waterfront landscape and urban renewal along the river. Through a textual examination of Liu Du Jian Wen Lu and other related texts, this paper made a study of the distribution, layout, social needs, ownership and transaction of the marina pavilions so as to reveal the historic features while from a higher urban-social context comprehending the very typology in its prime time and the restoration and renovation in the present.
