摘要
目的 研制一种羟基磷灰石骨水泥人工骨 ,检测其物理特性。方法 通过材料的制备及采用 X射线分析、强度测定、孔隙率测定及电镜扫描等方法进行研究。结果 该材料用聚合有机酸水溶液和有机酸溶液作为固化液时 ,初凝时间可缩短 ,制成的人工骨样块强度在 5 0 m pa以上 ,初凝时间约 4~ 8min,电镜扫描及孔隙率测定表明其孔隙分布在 2 0 %~ 70 % ,孔隙率是可选择的。结论 该材料具有良好的压缩强度及可控孔隙率等参数 。
Objective Study a kind of hydroxyapatite cement artificaial bone and detect its physical properties Methods X ray diffraction analysis,compression strength and porosity determination,and electron microscope scanning Result After the material uses organic acid polymer and organic acid aqueous solution as setting liquid,setting time can be shortened,artificial bone compression strength can be more than 50Mpa,setting time approximately can be in 4~8min,electron microscope scanning and porosity determination shows its porosity distribution in 20%~70%,and porosity can be chosen Conclusion This material has suitable parameter of compression strength and porosity,and it can be used as material for bone graft substitute
