铝基体电镀前浸锌工艺研究

Study on Zinc Dipping Technology of Aluminum Substrate for Electroplating

介绍了一种铝基材浸锌新工艺。实验表明:两次浸锌比一次浸锌得到的锌层效果更好,通过正交实验,找到了最佳的浸锌工艺,NaOH210g/L、ZnO20g/L、NaKC4H4O6·4H2O40g/L、浸锌时间45s、溶液温度20℃。锌层结构致密、均匀、结合力好。

A new technology of zinc dipping for aluminum materials was introduced. The experimental results show that the effect obtained with zinc double dip process is better than that obtained with zinc single dip process. Through orthogonal experiments optimum zinc dipping technology was established: NaOH 210 g/L, ZnO 20 g/L, NaKC4H4O6·4H2O 40 g/L,dipping time 45 s, solution temperature 20℃. The zinc film obtained with the new technology is compact and uniform in structure and adheres well to the substrate.
