摘要
研究了吸收塔理论板数、压力、塔底冷循环和急冷塔后冷器凝液加入位置对吸收效果及 0℃冷量消耗的影响 ;提出了既可提高丙烯腈吸收效果 。
The study is related to impact of theoretical number of trays,pressure,cold circulation on the bottom of the absorber,and inlet location of condensate from after condenser of quench tower on absorption effect and consumption of 0℃ cooling amount. Through this production capacity-increasing scheme of the absorber,absorption effect of acrylonitrile is not only improved, but consumption of low temperature brine also reduced.
