The environment impact assessment for chemical project should strictly follow relevant law, legal regulation, and guideline. And furthermore it should also follow regulations and criterions specified by each industry. During assessment, engineering analysis data and measures should be reliable and feasible. It elaborates in details whether it is as per clean production. The assessment is specially suitable to emergency risk, and prevention measures are put forward. Requirement for treating toxic waste solid is indicated.
