摘要
采用普通的橡胶加工设备 ,通过合理的胶料配方设计研制出一种橡塑并用泥浆泵活塞。该活塞采用高苯乙烯丁苯橡胶做树脂骨架底胶和高弹性耐磨橡胶并用结构 ,给出了该活塞的施工工艺 。
A rubber/plastic blend piston for slurry pump with reasonable compound formulation was developed under nomal rubber process facilities. SBR with high styrene content was used as the resin insert of the piston, which had high elasticity and wear resistant rubber blending structure. The construction technology, performance target and finished use result of the piston were given.
