摘要
油井经过长期的注汽吞吐 ,套管均发生不同程度的损坏。鉴于此 ,研制了防止套管损坏的热采工艺管柱———悬挂式注汽采油一体化管柱 ,它由特种悬挂注汽热采封隔器、井下补偿装置、对接装置和插入密封装置组成。该工艺管柱与井下防砂管柱及注汽管柱配合 ,可成功防止地层出砂 ,提高油井注汽质量 ,有效保护油层套管 ,延长套管使用寿命。悬挂式注汽采油一体化管柱在勘探试油井做了 3井次试验 ,各项技术指标均达到设计要求 ;在稠油井试验 10井次 ,成功率 10 0 % ,其主要部件特种悬挂注汽封隔器使用 30只 ,施工成功率 97%。
The casings may be damaged at various degrees after huff and puff was done in oil wells. Thereby a string for thermal recovery that can prevent the casing from damage, hanging string for steam injection and oil production, is developed. The hanging string is comprised of special hanging steam injection packer, downhole compensation device, pickup fitting and inserting sealing device. Used in combined with the downhole anti-sand string and steam injection string, the hanging string can control successfully sanding in the formation, improving the quality of steam injection, protecting effectively the production casing, and extending the service life of the casing. Test result shows that the technical indexes of the hanging string reach the design requirements.
