摘要
为适应现代钻机的发展要求 ,设计研制出JJ2 2 5 41型套装伸缩式钻机井架。该井架采用五节套装加对接结构 ,起升时上体和下体套装后共同起升 ,伸缩完上体后 ,将中体接入下体内 ,分段伸缩中体 ,运输时可将井架拆卸成独立运输单元 ,本体及附件用平板拖车及卡车运输只需 5个车次。该井架安装快捷、占地面积小 ,工作平稳 ,在现场的工业性试验中 ,整个井架的装配时间为 3h ,井场占地 5 0× 6 0m2 左右 ;使用时 ,最大起升力为 4 0 0kN ,正常作业时 ,在无钩载、满立根的情况下 ,最大抗风能力可达 36m/s。该井架非常适合我国东部的各大油田 ,具有很大的推广价值。
Model JJ22541 mast is developed to meet the need of modern drilling rig development. The mast adopts a structure of telescoping and butt joint of five sections. The upper and lower sections are telecoped and raised togather, then the middle part are jointed into the lower section and telescoped section by section. The mast can be transported in individual units with only five trucks. The assembly of the whole mast takes three hours, and the area the mast occupied is about 50 X 60 m2 . The maximum raising force is 400 kN, and the maximum wind-proof capacity reaches 36 m/s under the condition of hook-load-free and pipe fully handled.
