合成氨加压变换管道 3 0 4不锈钢弯头、法兰出现贯穿性裂纹及 3 0 4不锈钢波纹管膨胀节发生脆性爆裂。通过分析 ,认为是属于湿 H2 S应力腐蚀。为确保安全 。

Through-thickness cracks occured on 304 stainless steel elbow,flange and brittle bursting in bellows' expansion joint in the piping in pressurized shift section in ammonia plant.By analysis,it is held that it's stress corrosion caused by wet H 2S.Re-design and improvement are made on the piping in order to ensure safety.
