摘要
河北工业大学开发的新型大通量高效塔板———立体传质塔板 (CTST)在东明石化集团有限公司催化装置主分馏塔扩能改造中首次获得成功应用。该塔板具有生产能力大 ,塔板效率高、压降低等优点。改造后 ,装置运行良好。
The combined trapezoid spray trays developed by He bei University of Technology have been first successfully used in the technical transform of FCC main fractionator in Dongming Petrochemical Group Co.,Ltd..The tray has the advantages of large flux, high separation efficiency, low pressure-drop and high elastic operation. After the trays replaced that operating unit is good ,The method can effectively cope with the problem,that the processing capacity of the unit was limited.
