高职高专创新型人才培养模式的构建

Setting up Training Standards for Innovative Talents in Higher Vocational and Technical Colleges

总结了我国职业教育人才培养模式的发展及现状;阐述了构建创新型人才培养模式的必要性;指出构建创新型人才培养模式必须更新传统教育观念,树立创新教育观念并从优化课程结构、整合教学内容、改革教学方法、搞好产教结合四个方面对实施教学创新进行了探索。

The paper sums up the status quo and the development of talents training patterns in our professionaleducation. It sets forth the necessity to set up innovative talents training standards and further points out that to buildthe mew training standards, the traditional education concepts must be changed and a new innovative education con-cept be established. From four aspects, that is, optimize the courses offered, adjust teaching material, reform teach-ing methods and integrate theory with practice, the author makes an exploration in ways to carry out teaching innovation.
