摘要
师资队伍建设直接影响着高职教育的特色和个性化,针对高职院校的培养目标和目前高职院校教师数量不足、质量不能保证、结构矛盾突出等问题,提出专兼结合,稳定校内骨干教师队伍,多渠道引进人才,加强教师的“双师素质”培养,建立激励机制,发挥人才最佳效益的设想。
The characteristics of the education in a higher vocational college are directly influenced by the buildingof teaching staff. As far as the educational aim of higher vocational colleges is concerned , there still exists someproblems, such as lack of teachers, not very high teaching quality and contradictory structure of teaching staff. Thepaper puts forward some suggestions: to employ professional teachers as well as part-time teachers; to stabilize thepresent teaching staff; to introduce talented personnel; to strengthen the training of teachers with extra qualifications,and to set up stimulation systems in order to give full play to the benefit of talents.
