克氏针钻孔结合正骨手法治疗陈旧性Colles’骨折畸形愈合

The Combination of Kirschner Wire Drilling and Close Reduction for Malunion of old Colles Fracture

作者对21例陈旧性Colles’骨折畸形愈合试用手法折骨不成功后,采用克氏针扇形钻孔与正骨手法相结合的方法治疗。所有病例的畸形均被矫正,腕关节功能也有明显改善,经3—5个月的随访,21例中优14例、良4例、有效3例。认为本方法创伤小,对消除腕部外观畸形和恢复腕关节功能有较满意的疗效。

21 cases of malunited old Colics fracture were treated by combination of Kirschner wire drilling and close reduction. The malunted bone was broken off by fan-shaped drilling and then close reduction. The deformity was corrected and function of wrist joint had a obvious recovery in all patients. The patients were followed up from 3 to 5 months and the results were excellent in 14 cases,good in 4 and some improvement in 3. Therefore,this method were considered having many advantages,such as ,less trauma and better correction of deformity.
