Technology of Dry Gas Cleaning with Filter-bag for BF and Main Equipment Improvement

高炉煤气干法滤袋除尘工艺在中小型高炉煤气净化系统中被广泛应用并在实践中不断地改造和更新。滤袋除尘器的形式有滤袋正压内滤式和正压外滤式。在原有的工艺设计、实施的过程中 ,结合其他除尘工艺新技术的开发及应用 ,高炉煤气干法滤袋除尘工艺和设备也在进行不断的开拓和新技术移植 。

The technology of dry gas cleaning with filter bag is widely used for cleaning system of small and medium BFs, which is continuously modified and renewed in practice. There are two types of dusters with filter bag consisting of internal filter and external filter under positive pressure. Combining with other new development and application, the dry gas cleaning process with filter bag and its equipment are continuously improved in course of old process designing and applying. The technology will be soon used for large BFs.
