本文介绍髋关节立体摄片方法,即在摄髋正位片同时摄内、外45°斜位片。它可清晰地显示髋中央型骨折脱位的程度,对减少误诊、指导治疗和估计预后有较高的价值。作者提出对髋中央型骨折脱位,或疑似患者,应常规行立体摄片。

X-stenographic method of the hip joint consists of the routine antero-posterior view,45 degrees internal oblique and external oblique views. It can clearly show central fracture-dislocation of the hip joint, while also display the direction and extent of fragments displacement. Therefore,it is of higher value in reduction misdiagnosis.determining treatment and forecasting prognosis. The stereographic X-ray technique was presented and the radiological diagnosis was detailed in this paper . it was emphasized that stereographic method should be used as a routine examination for central fracture-dislocation of the hip joint or in the patients suspected.
