神经根减压在颈脊髓完全性损伤治疗中的作用

The Role of Decompression Nerve Roots in Treatment of Complete Injury of Cervical Spinal Cord

本文报告68例颈椎骨折或骨折脱位合并脊髓完全性损伤,并经前路施行神经根减压。51例获随访,明显功能改善者18例,有进步者21例,稍有改善者5例,无变化者7例。认为在损伤节段水平施行前路减压、切除对脊髓和神经根致压的骨性和椎间盘组织,可使脊髓损伤节段以上的神经根得以恢复,改善上肢和手部功能。

Anterior route decompression of the nerve roots was reported in 68 patients of complete injury of spinal cord caused by the fracture or fracture-dislocation of the cervical spine. The operation was performed in the injury level according to the pathology of the spinal cord injury and the intervertebral disc and bony tissue compressing the spinal cord and the nerve roots . They were resected to recover the functions of the nerve roots above the injury level. The follow-up of 51 patients demonstrated that excellent,good.and fair results were shown in 18,21 and 5 individuals respectively and 7 did not get improved. The indications and anatomic basis of the operation were discussed.
