摘要
利用RFT Ⅲ往复摩擦磨损试验机研究了新型铸造高铝青铜Cu14AlX的摩擦磨损特性。试验结果表明,通过适当提高Al的含量,进行多元合金化,可使铝青铜的耐摩性能得到提高。与普通铝青铜相比,在相同滑动速度、润滑条件、同一摩擦系数下,高铝青铜Cu14AlX的承载能力更大。
Characteristic of some new wearresisting aluminiumbronzes had been studied with RFTⅢ friction machine.The rusults show that the wearresisting of aluminiumbronze are greatly promoted with raising content of Al and adding a lot of minute elements.Compared with common aluminiumbronze, under the same slidingspeed, lubricative circumstance and the same friction coefficient, Cu14AlX has better wearresisting performance.
