接骨板加压力测试及其临床意义

Test of Compression Power of a Self-Compression Bone Plate and Its Clinical Significance

通过36例股骨干骨折接骨板固定后平均16.5个月的随访,结果表明:加压固定组在骨折愈合时间、功能恢复时间及钢板摘除时间分别较平衡固定组提前2周、4周及14周。根据自身加压接骨板模拟测试和临床应用结果分析,认为上满2个加压孔有利于骨折愈合;并对加压固定的作用、加压力掌握及并发症预防进行了讨论。

36 case of femoral shaft fracture were follwed up with an average period of 16. 5 months after internal fixation with a self-compression bone plate. The results suggested that compression fixation group was advanced respectively for 2,4 and 14 weeks to balanced fixation group in the time of done union,functional recovery and removing of bone plate. The authors consider that two compression holes are tightened up in favour of fracture union according to the results of simulated test of a self-compression bone plate and its effect of clinical application. The action of compression fixation,how to grasp compression power and prevention of complications are discussed.
