摘要
介绍损伤容限设计的概况、损伤容限试验的工作程序及无损检测技术在损伤容限设计试验中的应用。试验验证,运用无损检测技术能定量给出试件的损伤程度和监测在试验载荷作用下损伤的发展情况,并准确、可靠地检出允许的最小危险性缺陷,从而确定结构的设计使用寿命。
The general of damage tolerance design, the operation procedure of damage tolerance test and the application of nondestructive testing to the test were described. It was proved by tests that damage degree could be obtained quantitatively, the damage propagation of the components loaded could be monitored and the minimum defects allowed could be detected out accurately by nondestructive testing, thus the service life of component design could be determined.
