摘要
介绍一种新的无损检测方法——激光错位散斑检测技术的工作原理、方法及其在工程上的应用。这一先进的光测技术与传统检测方法相比,具有明显的的优越性。国外的应用与发展可以证明该技术突破了传统的光测技术在工程应用上的瓶颈,是非常有效、先进和具有发展潜力的光测技术。
ESPI( electronic speckle pattern interferometer) and laser shearography technique is an advanced nondestructive testing(NDT) method. The principle and applications of ESPI and shearography are described. The optical method has the advantages of high speed and real time compared with the traditional NDT methods. It has been proved that the method can be used to inspect complex structures effectively.
