全自动平压平模切烫印机主机结构的有限元分析 被引量:3

摘要 为给全自动平压平模切烫印机的主机结构改进设计提供理论依据 ,首先在Pro/E中建立主机结构改进前后的三维实体模型 ,然后利用ANSYS与Pro/E的专用接口软件 ,将CAD模型读入ANSYS中。在ANSYS中对模型进行修改并划分网格 ,赋以材料参数并施加约束 ,计算出在规定的模切压力下主机结构改进前后的应力及变形情况。具体包括主机结构的整体最大应力、最大变形量 ,以及结构中主要部件的最大应力及最大变形量等。分析结果表明主机结构的材料选择是合理的 ;改进设计后的薄弱环节在墙板窗口及附近处 ;在可能的条件下应重点加强传动面墙板的刚性等。后利用三轴应变花进行验证 ,证明有限元分析模型是正确的 。 With the structure of main body being modified in one kind of automatic platen die cutting & foil stamping machine,theoretical analysis should be provided.First,two three dimensional models one is modified,the other is not modified,are set up in Pro/E.With the special interface software,the CAD models are not only transmitted to ANSYS but also modified in ANSYS.Second,with the structure of main body being meshed,the finite elements model are established.With the characteristics of material and constraints in the structure being given,the stress and deformation in the structure of main body are caculated under the provided diecutting load.The anlaysis results show the maimum stress and deformation in the main body with the important parts included.Some conclusions can be drawn from the results.The conclusions are:the material in the main body are properly chosen;The weakness is around the window on the wallboards;The rigidity of the transmission wallboard is recommended to be reinforce.,etc.Experimented with the tri axial strin gauges,the correctness about the finite elements model of the main body is testified.Thus the results and conclusion are reliable.
