研究了模型边界处理方法及复杂曲面局部特征设计方法。总结了CAD模型边界的三种获取方法 ,提出了基于零件视图投影原理 ,从 2 D图纸合成 3 D边界的技术方案 ;提出了一种以特征点为导向、基于多视图连续变换原理的 3 D边界和初始曲面模型匹配方法 ;提出了边界特征和内部特征曲面设计方法。给出了复杂形状产品反求
A design methodology dealing with boundary and local features on the surface model is researched mainly. Three methods to obtain the CAD model's boundary are summarized, a technique to generate 3D boundary from 2D drawing is given based on drawing projection principles. Moreover, based on the characteristic points and sequence transform theory of multi-views, the matching technology between the 3D boundary and initial surface model is proposed. Furthermore, aiming at the engineering needs, a modeling method for boundary features and inner feature surfaces is also presented. And as a result, some reverse engineering CAD models of products with complex surfaces are built with the methodologies.
