摘要
充分利用"两种资源"、"两个市场",是加入WTO后中国农业发展的必然选择。面对国际竞争,中国农业应打造一批"农业航母",而农垦企业具备打造"农业航母"的独特优势。应充分利用农垦内部资源,优化龙头企业,延伸产业链,扩大战略联盟,迎接挑战。
Fully utilizing the two resources and the two markets is the inevitable choice for China's agriculture after the entry into WTO. Confronting international competition,China should build leading agricultural groups,for which the agricultural land reclamation enterprises are particularly qualified. We should make the most of the inner resources of agriculture,extend the industrial chain,and enlarge the strategic alliance to face new challenges.
