摘要
我国证券商目前正面临"内忧外患"的经营困境:一方面是国内证券交易佣金的下调,使得证券商的平均利润下降,竞争加剧;另一方面是国外大券商的入境所形成的威胁和挑战,我国证券商要想在这种逆境中生存、发展,就必须采取切实可行的措施来应对。
Chinese securities dealers are facing challenges from home and abroad. On one hand,the dealing fees in domestic securities market are reduced,which decreases the average profit and intensifies the competition. On the other hand,the overseas powerful securities dealers are entering Chinese market and threatening the domestic companies. Therefore,they must take feasible countermeasures to meet the challenges in order to survive these difficult situations.
