AIS评分法对540例车祸伤的评价

Evaluation on 540 Cases of Road Traffic Injury with the AIS

本文介绍采用“简明损伤定级标准”(AIS)对540例车祸伤的评价。伤员中行人占344例(63.7％),大型车辆致伤294例(55.4％),撞击伤有368例(68.3％),死亡74例。对812处损伤做了AIS等级评定,确定出ISS值及死亡病例ISS值的分布范围。AIS分析表明大型车辆对行人的致伤较严重,摩托车及自行车对驾驶员(车手)的致伤较严重。

A series of 540 cases Road Traffic Injury was studied with the AIS(Abbreviated Injury Scale). Among the 540 cases,344(63. 7%) were pedestrian,294 cases(55. 5%) were injuried by large vehicle,impact injuries were 368 cases(68. 3%) ,74 cases died. 812 injuries were coded by the AIS. Distribution of the ISS of death cases were determined. Results of evaluation with the AIS shown that injuries in pedestrian impacted by large vehicle and in driver in motorcycle and bicycle were serious compared with other type of vehicle.
