摘要
商业银行建立可持续的比较竞争优势很大程度上依靠产品创新 ,而产品创新的各个环节不是相互独立存在的。本文从“全球银行”的概念和“价值链”的理念入手 ,强调新产品创新的价值贡献和重要意义 ,并且进一步从“链”的角度分析新产品创新机制的系统性和整体性。在研究新产品创新系统的时候 ,香港市场及其国际性银行的经验和作法一并加以比较和引申 ,对“价值链”和银行新产品创新系统的研究辅之以实证支持。因此 ,从价值和系统的角度研究银行新产品的开发和创新 ,能够更好地实现金融产品开发的有序性、效率性和收益性 。
Building up sustainable comparative competitiveness in the banking industry is closely dependent on product innovation, the activities of which are systematic instead of independent. The paper departs from universal banking and value chain concepts, and further addresses the significance of value creation through new products innovation system. Certain cases from the banking institutions in Hong Kong market are incorporated into this empirical analysis and value chain view on banking product innovation system is proved to be pivotal.
