民营银行:台湾的经验与教训

Private Banking: Experiences and Lessons from Taiwan

本文对台湾民营银行的设立、公营私营化进行了全面研究。从台湾的金融制度背景、台湾准民营银行和民营银行的发展轨迹等多个视角研究了台湾的经验和教训。我们发现 ,台湾民营银行的发展完善了金融体系、实现了金融制度与经济制度之间的矛盾调整。由于二元金融体制、政治势力的干预以及变革超速造成了巨大的变革成本和银行过度的局面。

This article comprehensively analyses the construction and privatization process of Taiwan's banking. Based on Taiwan's financial institutional background and bank's development trail, we draw the conclusion that the private bank completes the banking system, as well as the adjustment of the relationship between monetary institution and the economic institution. However, financial dualism, the political interference and the over-speeded reform progress result in over-banking and the enlarged reform cost.
