摘要
国际贸易是伴随着生产力的发展而逐步发展起来的。在贸易的发展过程中 ,由于利益的不同 ,会引发各种争端。进入八十年代以后 ,经济全球化更为国际贸易争端带来新的特点 ,解决世界贸易争端的机制也相应不断地完善。本文在分析国际贸易新特点和争端规则的基础上 ,总结了原GATT争端机制的缺陷和WTO对争端机制的完善 ,并对中国怎样利用WTO解决机制的现实问题提出了几点建议。
Following the development of economy,the international trade has been expanding step by step.In the course of the trade development,various disputes may be arisen out of different interests.Since eighties of the 20th century economic globalization has brought new characteristics to international trade,and further-more,the mechanism for resolving disputes of international trade has also been perfected correspondingly and continuously.This article analyses the new characteristics of international trade and the rules & regulations for disputes,summarizes the weak points of dispute mechanism of the former GATT and WTO s perfection for it,and then puts forward a few suggestions for China to make good use of WTOs dispute-resolving mechanism.
