摘要
目的探讨长链非编码RNAs (long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs) linc00852在人胶质瘤组织中的表达,以及linc00852表达水平与临床病理参数和患者预后的关系。方法应用qRT-PCR检测58例胶质瘤组织和12例正常脑组织中linc00852的表达,应用SPSS16.0分析其表达与性别、年龄、KPS评分及病理级别等临床病理参数及总生存期的关系。结果 Linc00852在胶质瘤组织中低表达,其表达水平与KPS评分、肿瘤病理分级显著相关,且其低表达提示患者预后不良。结论 Linc00852可能成为预测胶质瘤发生发展及预后的分子标志物。
Objective The expression of long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) linc00852 in glioma tissues, the relationship between linc00852 expression and clinical pathological parameters, as well as overall survival of patients was investigated. Methods The expression of linc00852 in 58 samples with glioma and 12 samples with normal brain tissue was detected by qRT-PCR. The correlation of linc00852 expression level and clinical pathological parameters like gender,age,KPS score and pathological grade of glioma patients was analyzed by SPSS16.0. Results The expression level of linc00852 was significantly lower in glioma tissues than in normal brain tissue, and significantly correlated with KPS score and pathological grade. The lower expression of linc00852 was significantly associated with lower survival in glioma patients. Conclusion Linc00852 might be a biomarker for predicting the development and prognosis for glioma.
