δ-catenin基因与非小细胞肺癌血管形成相关性

The correlation between δ-catenin gene and vascularization of non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨δ-catenin基因在非小细胞肺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达及与血管形成的关系。方法选取89例非小细胞肺癌组织,应用免疫组织化学方法检测癌组织中δ-catenin、CD31、VEGF蛋白的表达,并分析δ-catenin与CD31、VEGF表达的相关性;建立转染si-δ-catenin的细胞系,采用三维培养细胞管状形成实验分析si-δ-catenin对肺癌A549细胞管状形成能力的影响。结果δ-catenin蛋白在78例非小细胞肺癌中高表达,并与CD31、VEGF的表达呈正相关。三维培养细胞管状形成实验的结果显示si-δ-catenin能够削弱A549细胞的管状形成能力。结论δ-catenin与非小细胞肺癌的血管形成相关。 Objective To explore the expression ofδ-catenin and the relationship between the expression and the angiogenesis in non-small cell lung cancer and paracancerous tissue.Methods The expression ofδ-catenin,CD31 and VEGF proteins in 89 cases of non-small cell lung cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the correlation ofδ-catenin expression to CD31 and VEGF was analyzed.The effect of si-δ-catenin on the tubule formation ability of lung cancer A549 cells(transfected with si-δ-catenin)was analyzed by three-dimensional culture.Results The overexpression of si-δ-catenin protein in non-small cell lung cancer was found,and positively correlated with the expression of CD31 and VEGF.The three dimensional tubular-forming experiments showed that si-δ-catenin weakened the tubular-forming ability of A549 cells.Conclusionδ-catenin is related to the angiogenesis of non-small cell lung cancer.
