The effect and possible mechanism of EGCG on human breast cancer cells

摘要 表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(Epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG),是绿茶中茶多酚的主要成分之一,是从茶叶中提取的儿茶素类物质,对多种癌症起到预防和治疗的作用。EGCG在乳腺癌中,通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和迁移、逆转肿瘤细胞耐药、抑制肿瘤血管生成等方面抑制乳腺癌的发生和发展。 Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),is one of the main components of polyphenols in green tea,extracted from the tea catechins,with a variety of cancer prevention and treatment effect.EGCG inhibited the proliferation of breast cancer cells,promoted the cells apoptosis and inhibited tumor cells invasion and migration,reversed drug-resistant tumor cells and inhibited tumor angiogenesis,involved in the occurrence and development of human breast cancer.
