组氨酸磷酸酶可对含有磷酸组氨酸的蛋白质发挥去磷酸化作用,目前发现三种组氨酸磷酸酶,分别为PHPT1、LHPP和PGAM5。在大多数细胞信号转导通路中组氨酸磷酸酶起着至关重要的作用,它们的功能障碍与包括癌症在内的许多疾病都有关联。可作为一种生物标记物,为疾病的诊断与治疗提供新的思路与治疗靶点。

Histidine phosphatase plays a dephosphorylation role on proteins containing phosphohistidine.Currently,three histidine phosphatases were found,namely PHPT1,LHPP and PGAM5.Histidine phosphatase plays a crucial role in most cell signaling pathways,and its dysfunction is associated with many diseases,including cancer.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the research of histidine phosphatase.It can be used as a biomarker to provide new ideas and therapeutic targets for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
