摘要
microRNA(miRNA)是一类具有调控作用的单链小分子RNA,与肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移密切相关。miR-124在多种肿瘤的细胞或组织中均表达下调,发挥抑癌基因的作用。过表达miR-124可显著抑制人结肠癌SW620细胞的侵袭能力,上调miR-124的表达能促进结肠癌SW480细胞凋亡,同时抑制人结肠癌SW620细胞生长及运动能力,miR-124还能够调节结直肠细胞对放疗辐射的敏感性。
MicroRNA(microRNA)is a kind of single-stranded small molecule RNA with regulatory effect,closely related to the proliferation,invasion and metastasis of tumors.Mir-124 is down-regulated in many tumors and plays a role of anti-oncogene.Overexpression of microRNA-124 can significantly inhibit the invasive ability of human colon cancer SW620 cells.Up-regulation of microRNA-124 can promote the apoptosis of colon cancer SW480 cells,and inhibit the growth and motility of SW620 cells.MicroRNA-124 can also regulate the sensitivity of colon cancer cells to radiation.
