摘要
本文研究企业债券的主要风险因素,讨论了明确和降低企业债券风险的一些具体措施,提出了几种操作上可行的债券种类。
In this paper, the prime risk factors of enterprise bonds are studied, the measures to clar- ify and reduce the risks of bonds are discussed. Several kinds of bonds which is operable in practice are put forward.
