评价投资环境的KSIM模型及其应用

The KSIM model of evaluating investment environment and its applicalion

本文重点对投资环境改善方案的设计、选择与控制等方面的内容进行分析,利用雷达图对备择方案进行评价,利用KSIM模型进行决策支持。本文对雷达图及KSIM模型在评价投资环境方面的特点进行了讨论,给出了具体的雷达图形和KSIM模型,并对天津市投资环境进行了实际评价。应用结果表明,本文提出的方法是有效的和先进的。

This Paper introduces methods and Processes for evaluating regional investment environ- ment, in which radar maps are used to indicate the status of investment environment, also the KSIM model is introduced to simulate the dynamic improving processes. Based on the model above, the investment environment in Tianjin is actually evaluated.The results show that this method is effective and advanced.
