The toxicity and the role of promoting gastrointestinal motive of fermentation broth of Polypor laetiporus was studied in this paper.The experimental results of toxicity showed that the fermentation broth had no poison.In the experiment of promoting gastrointestinal motive,the fermentation broth(45mg/mL)showed promoting gastrointestinal motive obviously.
