北冬虫夏草的人工培植及其营养成分分析

采用人工合成培养基 ,接入北冬虫夏草菌种C- 5 8,室内培植 ,长出北冬虫夏草子座 ,生长周期为 5 0- 5 8d。子座干品营养成分分析表明 ,北冬虫夏草C - 5 8与冬虫夏草相近 ,含有虫草素 0 11%、虫草酸 8 5 5 %、虫草多糖 0 14 %、蛋白质 2 8 18%、氨基酸 19 0 0 %、矿物质K1 5 7% ,Ca0 4 8% ,Mg0 2 1% ,Zn0 0 0 76 7% ,Fe0 0 0 2 5 4 % ,Cu0 0 0 2 36 % ,Mn0 0 0 0 35 % ,Cd0 0 0 0 0 2 %等。本研究为南方工厂化培植北冬虫夏草提供技术依据。

Cordyceps militaris(L.Fr)fungi C-58 was cultured in an artificial synthetic medium in vitro,and developed into hyphae.The analysis of nutrition composition of dried Cordyceps militaris hyphae indicated that both were almost same between that of Cordycops militaris(L.Fr)Link and Condyceps sinensis(Berk.)Sace.,including:Cordycepin 0 11%,Cordycepi 8 55%,polysaccharide 0 14%,protein 28 18%,amino acid 19 00%,mineral:K1 57% Ca 0 48%,Mg 0 21%,Zn 0 00767%,Fe 0 00254%,Cu 0 00236%,Mn 0 00035%,Cd 0 00002%?This result can be used as the technology for developing industrial production of Cordyceps militaris(L.Fr)fungi.
