摘要
以昆明种小鼠为对象 ,研究了深黄被孢霉粉对小鼠抗辐射能力的影响作用 .昆明种小鼠灌服深黄被孢霉粉 ,15d后以60 Co照射 ,测定各项指标 .结果表明 ,试验组动物染色体畸变率比对照组下降 7.3% ,细胞畸变率下降 5 .5 3% ,白细胞计数增加 2 0 41个 ,生存期显著延长 .试验组动物血清LPO含量明显低于对照组 ,而SOD含量则明显高于对照组 .表 5参
Mice of Kunming strain were fed with Mortierella isabellina mycelium powder for 15 d by exposing to 60Co radiation. The white cell number, the mutation rate of chromosome and cell, the survival time of the animals, and the levels of LPO and SOD in animals' serum were determined, respectively. The results showed that Mortierella isabellina mycelium powder had very strong positive effects on the radiation-resistant ability of mice: the number of white cell was higher, the informal rates of chromosome and cells were lower, the LPO level was lower, the SOD level was higher in the animals of experimental group than in those of control. The survival time of the experimental group was prolonged significantly after radiation. Tab 5, Ref 11
