摘要 晚期糖基化终产物受体 (RAGE)是一种膜蛋白 ,属于免疫球蛋白家族 ,由 4 0 0多个氨基酸组成 ,分子量为 35kD ,分胞外段、跨膜段和胞内段 ,在单核巨噬细胞、血管内皮细胞、肾系膜细胞、神经细胞及平滑肌细胞等细胞中普遍表达。RAGE作为信号转导受体介导晚期糖基化终产物 (AGE)和其配体在细胞表面结合 ,激活细胞内多种信号转导机制 ,在糖尿病慢性并发症、透析相关性淀粉样变 (DRA)、阿尔采末病 (AD)、动脉粥样硬化等疾病发生中起重要作用。对RAGE结构和功能的认识可能为这些疾病的防治提供新的靶位 。
