非降解性医用材料肌肉植入方法研究

摘要 将同一种非降解性医用材料按三种植入方法植入家兔肌肉内 ,观察并比较组织学反应。将材料样品制成 1mm×10mm的柱状 ,按不同方法植入家兔脊柱旁肌的肌肉组织内 ,分别于 2W、4W、12W ,用无痛法处死家兔 ,切取包括植入物及其周围足够多的未受到影响的组织 ,置 10 %甲醛液中固定 ,石腊包埋 ,切片 ,HE染色。置光镜下观察试样周围组织变化反应 ,根据组织变化反应评价哪一种方法对组织创伤小 ,更能反映非降解性医用材料的生物相容性。结论 ,用c) The objective of this study is to plant one non-degradable biomaterial into rabbit muscle in three ways to compare the differences between the three methods .The non-degradable biomaterial was prepared to be columns of 1mm (diameter)×10mm(length) and then planted into rabbit muscle beside the spine in different ways. After rabbits was killed 2W?4W and 12W, the non-degradable biomaterial implanted and enough tissues around were excised and put into a solution containing 10% formaldehyde to fix. After a series of treatment of inclusion with olefin ,section and HE staining ,sections were ready. Microscopic examination of these sections showed tissue changes around the non-degradable biomaterial, according to tissue changes, it can be evaluated which kind of methods caused less injures and was more suitable for biocompatibility evaluation of non-degradable biomaterials. CResults: showed that methods was more suitable for biocompatibility evaluation of non-degradable biomaterials.
