中华稻蝗成虫乙醇提液的保健作用

Healthy function of the ethanol extract of Oxya chinensis Thunberg

以不同剂量中华稻蝗醇提液灌喂昆明种小鼠,研究其抗疲劳和抗衰老作用,同时对醇提液中的氨基酸、矿物质和微量元素进行了分析。结果表明,醇提液含有17种氨基酸,其中包括人类所必需的8种氨基酸,氨基酸总量为40.23mg/mL,微量元素有铁、锌、铜、硒;负重游泳实验表明醇提液显著延长小鼠的游泳时间、降低游泳后的血乳酸值;抗衰老实验表明其能显著增加血红细胞SOD含量,降低血清过氧化脂质、心肌脂褐素、肝脏脂褐素的含量。由此可见,中华稻蝗醇提取液含有丰富的氨基酸、矿物质和微量元素,能显著提高小鼠的抗疲劳能力,且具有一定的延缓衰老作用。

In this paper , healthy function of the ethanol extract of Oxya chinensis Thunberg (adult)\ on antifatigue and antiaging was investigated and the contents of amino acids,mineral and trace elements of EE were analysed too. The data obtained show that the amino acid content of EE is 40.23mg/mL, in which all essential amino acids exist,and Fe,Zn,Cu,Se exist too.The results of swimming experiments show EE could increase swimming time,and decrease the values of lactic acid in serum of Kunming mice significantly ; Antiaging experiments show EE could increase the values of RBC-SOD , and decrease the values of serum LPO and lipofusin in myocardium and liver of mice significantly.All these results suggest that there are many nutritions in EE and EE has significant antifatigue and antiaging function.
